• M-F 4:30pm-9:30pm 25 hrs / week
• Operates shuttle bus and/or passenger coach-type vehicles.
• Safely transports passengers to various destinations while adhering to traffic laws and company policies.
• Adheres to assignments in accordance with scheduled shuttle routes prepared by the Manager, Supervisor, and/or Dispatcher.
• Reports to the Supervisor of Transportation (or to a designated individual in the Supervisor's absence) Provide safe, courteous, and professional service to passengers while en route to/from destinations.
• Follow established routes and departure time
  -Operates vehicles in accordance with Mass General Brigham Fleet Safety Program Policies and Procedures, as well as in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Maintains an accurate log documenting the number of passengers, trips completed, mileage, interior/exterior vehicle inspection, and other information that might be requested.
• Ensures adherence to passenger limits, both seated and standing.
• Assists passengers with disabilities and others needing assistance to board and disembark from the vehicle via the wheelchair lift.
• Reports any emergencies/concerns with the vehicle and/or passengers immediately to the Supervisor and/or Dispatcher.

• Licenses and Credentials MGH Security RMV Check/Registry of Motor Vehicles Driving Report - MGB Internal required Commercial Drivers License [Massachusetts] - Massachusetts Department of Transportation Registry of Motor Vehicles required
• Experience Proven experience as a shuttle bus driver 1-2 years required

• Excellent driving skills for shuttle buses and coach-type vehicles with the ability to navigate various road and weather conditions safely.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
• Great improvisational skills.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card from Occupational Health.
• Ability to possess and maintain an Air Brake Endorsement and Passenger Endorsement on a CDL license.
