The Warehouse Worker’s main responsibilities include receiving and processing incoming products, preparing orders for transport, and performing inventory and quality control duties. This person ensures the warehouse is clean and organized, maintained in accordance with the facility protocols and safety standards.
CompensationHourly rate: $15.94

Job Responsibilities- Receive and inspect products, accurately label items and report discrepancies.
- Organize and store inbound products, applying FIFO control for perishable items.
- Operate manual pallet jack, electric pallet jack and/or forklifts as needed.
- Pick inventory to assemble orders for requisitions or par levels.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures to meet accuracy and production standards.
- Load, unload and transport products to various warehouse areas or client locations using carts or industrial vehicles.
- Conduct routine physical inventory counts based on established schedules.
- Maintain accurate administrative records such as inventory counts, temperature logs, equipment inspections, and other business documents, using paper or technology‑based systems.
- Clean assigned work areas, including restrooms, break areas, loading docks, and freight platforms.
- Implement all safety policies, OSHA, SDS standards, and emergency procedures, and use required protective equipment.
- Ensure security of client and company assets.
- Interact with clients, employees, vendors, customers, and guests regarding business activities and attend meetings as required.
- Must be over 18 years of age.
- High school education or equivalent preferred.
- Two years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Manual dexterity required for operating machinery.
- Able to lift up to 50 lb frequently and carry objects up to 35 lb.
- Valid driver’s license may be required for some client locations; MVR will be conducted if needed.
This role may involve lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended walking and standing, and may require wearing uniforms and/or personal protective equipment.
