WhatYou Will Do
- Coordinate stockroom operations and inventory movement with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring materials are properly received, tracked, and delivered across multiple locations.
- Maintain organized shipping, receiving, and inventory systems using MP2 and People Soft, verifying orders, resolving discrepancies, and supporting audit and record‑keeping requirements.
- Support day‑to‑day stockroom functions, including material requisitions, vendor coordination, and supply distribution, while enforcing established procedures and operational standards.
- Assist with fuel operations, inventory replenishment, reporting, and facility upkeep to maintain safe, compliant, and reliable stockroom and logistical operations.
- High School diploma required.
- 2–3 years of experience in inventory or warehouse environments, including cycle counts, stock‑level management, procurement processes, and use of contracts or service agreements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to work with inventory and accounting systems such as MP2 and People Soft.
