Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Boston, MA. This hands‑on role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving shipments, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping. The ideal candidate is safety‑conscious, detail‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities and documentation for accuracy.
  • Safely unload trucks and organize products in designated storage locations.
  • Pick, pack, label, and stage customer orders for shipment.
  • Load outbound trucks accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts and reporting discrepancies.
  • Follow established inventory control procedures and maintain accurate records.
  • Safely operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
  • Valid driver’s license for local driving (non‑cdl).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and standard operating practices.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational goals.
  • Perform other warehouse‑related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Experience with shipping and receiving, including verifying inbound deliveries and preparing outbound shipments.
  • Experience picking, packing, unloading, and handling materials safely and efficiently.
  • Knowledge of inventory control practices, including inventory counts and stock tracking.
  • Ability to safely operate a pallet jack and move palletized materials.
  • Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience is preferred.
  • Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull materials and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced team environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
  • Willingness to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when required to meet business needs.
  • Valid driver's license.
Physical Requirements
  • Frequently lift and move materials throughout the shift.
  • Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
  • Safely perform repetitive physical tasks in a warehouse environment.
  • Work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions as required.
