Position Summary
This role is responsible for leading all warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, and distribution activities at Sol‑ti's Northeast Operations Center in Chelsea, Massachusetts. The individual owns day‑to‑day warehouse performance while ensuring exceptional customer service, inventory accuracy, employee safety, and operational efficiency.
Role Responsibilities- Lead all daily warehouse and fulfillment operations across inbound, storage, order fulfillment, and outbound shipping.
- Develop and coach a high‑performing warehouse team while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Engage directly on warehouse floor alongside your team, supporting employees, identifying opportunities, and ensuring operational excellence.
- Own inventory accuracy across all warehouse locations, including transfers and consignment inventory.
- Deliver industry‑leading fulfillment accuracy and on‑time shipment performance.
- Ensure disciplined inventory controls through cycle counts, reconciliation, and ERP system accuracy.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse productivity, workflow, safety, and customer service.
- Implement Lean and 5S principles to drive operational excellence.
- Use KPIs to identify trends and lead corrective actions.
- Serve as the fulfillment leader for Sol‑ti's Northeast warehouse.
- Partner closely with headquarters, logistics, production, customer service, and quality.
- Provide regular reporting and recommendations to senior leadership.
- 5+ years of warehouse experience, including supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
- Experience managing inventory transfers, including consignment inventory (strongly preferred).
- Proficiency with ERP systems (Net Suite strongly preferred).
- Forklift and/or pallet rider certification (or ability to obtain).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in food & beverage or cold‑chain logistics is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment, including refrigerated conditions if applicable.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and operate equipment for extended periods.
- $80,000‑$90,000 annually depending on experience.
