Materials​/Warehouse Supervisor

Sky Chefs is seeking a Materials / Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse operations in our inflight catering facility. In this fast-paced, food service logistics environment, you will oversee receiving, storage, inventory, and dispatch of food, beverages, and equipment to support airline production schedules. Responsibilities include supervising warehouse staff, maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring food safety and regulatory compliance, coordinating with production and transport teams, and driving continuous improvement in safety, reliability, and efficiency to meet strict aviation standards and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily materials handling and warehouse operations to support inflight catering production
• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch of food, beverages, and equipment
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, aviation, and safety regulations
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and transport teams to meet airline schedules
• Lead, train, and schedule warehouse staff for 24/7 operations
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement process improvements for efficiency and cost control
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of material handling equipment
• Enforce FIFO/FEFO practices and proper cold-chain and dry storage standards
• Support audits, incident investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives
