Communicate with other Flaggers/ TSTs using hand-held radios to coordinate two-way traffic;
Inform the construction crew of traffic issues that may affect safety;
Position warning signs, detours, barricades, and traffic cones around construction sites;
Remove signs, barricades, and cones upon completion of work
