Training Administrator II

The primary role of a Training Administrator II is to conduct training and development programs for employees. This role involves collecting information, conducting research, and creating training materials and programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor training due-date compliance.
  • Exercise good judgment following written overdue training escalation paths.
  • Monitor new training assignments for the team and escalate questionable assignments to managers.
  • Learn the training program to triage information to correct individuals or teams.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and record training activities and program effectiveness.
  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, or consultation with managers.
  • Create training items using Articulate or a similar program alongside Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on various topics.
  • Organize and develop training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials such as handouts and visual aids.
  • Monitor the overall health of the training program.
  • Understand internal training systems and alert appropriate parties when incorrect trainings are assigned.

Essential

Skills:

  • 3+ years' experience in GXP (GMP, GLP, GCP).
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design.
  • Understanding of the measurement of training effects.

Additional Skills &

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to network and learn organizational design.
  • Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods.
  • Basic knowledge of human behavior and performance.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to develop and learn adult education principles.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training.
  • 3+ years of related experience preferred.

This is a Contract position based out of BOTHELL, WA.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $26.75 - $30.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
