Insight Global is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facilities Engineer to join a Bio-Tech Facilities & Engineering team in Bothell, WA. This role is responsible for the reliable and efficient operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of site utility systems – including HVAC, water systems, electrical distribution, and other critical infrastructure – while ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes and company policies.

Working with the client’s dynamic engineering team, you will be primarily supporting the client’s Quality Control Laboratories.

As a Facilities Engineer II you are recognized as a versatile team member with a broad range of engineering skills including both hard skills, such as data analysis and technical design, and soft skills, like problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and leadership. You will advance your career by becoming a subject matter expert in one or more areas of focus. You will possess a strong understanding of mission-critical laboratories, facilities, and pharmaceutical manufacturing environments and the unique demands placed on utility infrastructure within the sector.
