Our Bothell team is looking for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist who wants to work with kids, be part of a supportive team, and continue growing as a clinician. A schedule that works for you

• Monday–Friday, full-time

Pay and support

• $80,000–$100,000 annually, based on experience
• Performance-based bonuses for clinical staff, up to $2,000 annually
• $500 annual professional development stipend
• Continuing education support
• Clinical mentorship from experienced OTs and other therapists

• Current Washington Occupational Therapist license
• Pediatric experience preferred, but we're willing to talk with the right candidate
• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy required, unless grandfathered under the bachelor's accreditation transition
• Someone who enjoys working with children and families
• A team player who is comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas, and learning from others
