Cleans assigned guest rooms or suites including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, arranging furniture, and cleaning bathrooms.;
Maintains cleaning protocols.;
Empty trash containers and replace with fresh liners; restock useable items (soap, towels, amenities, paper items).;
Attends to guest laundry and dry-cleaning orders; promptly handles guest complaints or requests and reports to supervisor when needed.;
Ensures rooms are secured upon leaving and provides 100% guest satisfaction through hospitality.
