Workplace Audio/ Video Support Location
Everett, WA
Work at client sites in Bothell and Redmond, WA
Our Workplace Support Tech assists with Audio / Visual / Digital Signage Hardware and Software Support for one of our large clients. The ideal candidate troubleshoots, supports, and maintains Audio / Visual / Digital Signage areas for the customer. They will work in a collaborative onsite team.
Job Skills Needed:
- Problem-solve and troubleshoot Audio / Visual / Digital Signage equipment
- Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure in the ticketing system
- In-depth knowledge of Telepresence and Audio / Visual control systems
- Communicate effectively with a positive and confident attitude
- Show empathy towards the customer
- Maintaining strong customer relations
- Ability to lift and move equipment up to 45 lbs.
- Ability to run cabling
- Installing and configuring Windows and MAC Workstations
- Hardware and software support for PC Hardware (Docking Stations, Monitors Keyboards, etc.
