Service Now Legal Service Architect (Service Now LSD Module)

Location:

Bothell, WA / Atlanta, GA (day1 onsite)

Skillset

Required:

• Understanding of legal processes, including contract management, legal requests, and matter management
• Understanding of integration of legal service delivery (LSD) with third party applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective communication with client, technical and other project stakeholders
• Good documentation skills for effective documentation of the project related documents like – process document, functional requirement specification document (FRS), test cases, training decks etc.
• Knowledge on Microsoft Visio for designing process workflows
• Expertise in Excel reporting
• Exceptional customer service skills and client focus
• Coordination, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Ability to work with all levels of client and internal resources
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information in non-technical language
• Good/basic understanding on Service Now ITSM processes like Request Fulfilment, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management
• Good hands-on experience with Service Now platform administration, implementation, or development is highly desirable
• Certification in Service Now Legal Service Delivery is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To plan, implement and manage end to end project involving Service Now LSD
• Developing solutions that meet customer’s business requirements and comply with Service Now OOB features and functionalities in adherence to best practices
• Possessing in-depth knowledge of Service Now LSD, including its configuration, customization, and accordingly tailoring the Service Now LSD platform to meet the specific needs of the legal team and organization
• Working effectively with legal teams, IT staff, and end-users to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support
• Designing and implementing automated workflows to streamline legal processes, such as contract management, legal requests, and matter management
• Providing training and support to end-users on how to use the Service Now LSD platform
• Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the legal service delivery
• Knowledge of Legal terminology is desired
• Prior experience of law firm or legal department of companies is preferable
