MOVING COORDINATOR (FULL TIME) at ESFM® USA

Location:

Pfizer - 21823 30th Drive South East, Bothell, WA 98021

Schedule:

Full time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. More details upon interview.

• Coordinate move activities for company office assets across locations.
• Log new move requests in the move tracking spreadsheet.
• Coordinate and conduct minor moves of boxes, furniture, and file cabinets with assistance as needed.
• Coordinate move timing with requestor.
• Conduct condition assessment of furniture and movable equipment; assess items to determine whether to relocate to storage or to deliver to the appropriate waste stream.
• Maintain organization of the warehouse and shelved spaces; manage incoming and outgoing materials to maintain order within the warehouse.
• Create work orders to support moves; work with requester to consolidate tasks into a single work request.
• Install and remove items to support moves; use hand and power tools for installation; disassemble furniture and equipment as needed; use equipment for moving including hand trucks, furniture dollies, and carts.
• Coordinate the receiving of items to support moves; work with vendors, the loading dock, and move team members to coordinate furniture delivery.
• Drive a truck to meet scheduled and on demand move needs; load and unload trucks as directed.
• Maintain work area and equipment in a safe, clean and orderly fashion.
• Follow standard and prescribed safety regulations; notify supervisor of problems or delays.
• Support members of the move team.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and PDF viewers/editors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and push/pull a minimum of 100 pounds.
• Ability to use a tape measure and understand/calculate dimensions.
• Ability to read and understand architectural floor plans or construction drawings.
• Ability to walk, stand, and reach with hands and arms.
