Assemble electro-mechanical and optical assemblies using hand tools, power tools, and custom fixtures;
Optimize laser beam output by adjusting lenses and mirrors to meet production standards;
Conduct pre-defined final tests to validate equipment within OEM specifications;
Troubleshoot medical equipment to identify root cause of failures, often at the component level;
Accurately record production data including actions taken and parts used in a database system
