Manufacturing Associate II

The Science Team at Russell Tobin and Associates is hiring a Manufacturing Associate II for a top leading pharmaceutical organization.

• Execute GMP manufacturing operations safely, on schedule, and right-first-time.
• Follow cGMP guidelines and approved SOPs at all times.
• Complete and review GMP documentation accurately and on time.
• Perform basic equipment operation, maintenance, and calibration.
• Maintain clean, organized, and compliant manufacturing areas.
• Support inventory management and material handling.
• Identify, document, and escalate deviations and quality issues.
• Collaborate with team members and support daily production needs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

• Minimum 2 years GMP biopharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
• Experience in cell therapy, mammalian cell culture, or microbial fermentation preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP systems (deviations, CAPA, change control).
• Familiarity with MES/ERP systems.
• Understanding of cell & gene therapy / viral vector manufacturing preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.

• Pay: $32–$35/hour
