Community Manager

Sares-Regis Group seeks a Senior Community Manager to lead operations for multifamily communities within our Western U.S. portfolio. Reporting to regional leadership, you will oversee leasing, financial performance, resident relations, and on-site team development to achieve occupancy, NOI, and service goals. Responsibilities include budgeting and reporting, marketing and renewals, vendor and maintenance coordination, and strict compliance with Fair Housing and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of assigned multifamily communities to achieve occupancy, NOI, and resident satisfaction goals.
• Oversee leasing, renewals, and marketing initiatives to drive traffic, close rates, and retention.
• Develop and manage operating and capital budgets, analyze financial performance, and prepare ownership reports.
• Recruit, train, and mentor on-site teams, fostering accountability, service excellence, and safety.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, local regulations, company policies, and risk management standards.
• Partner with maintenance leadership to prioritize work orders, capital projects, and property inspections.
• Cultivate strong resident relations, resolve escalated concerns, and support community-building events.
• Coordinate with asset management and ownership on strategy, capital planning, and performance initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor service quality and costs.
• Champion Sares-Regis Group culture of integrity, collaboration, and community impact in all interactions.
