Security Officer Patrol

Position: Security Officer Full Time Patrol
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related or property-related concerns;
Monitor entry points, observe visitor and contractor activity, and document routine events, unusual activity, and/or policy-related issues in accordance with post instructions;
Support day-to-day operations by assisting with alarm responses, checking doors and gates, and reporting hazards, disturbances, and/or suspicious behavior to the appropriate contacts;
Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to property management and/or emergency personnel as needed
