Seatown, a fintech leader, is seeking a Licensed HVAC Technician to support our HVAC wholesale operations within the Technical & Maintenance department. In this role, you'll install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems supporting high-availability tech environments, ensuring optimal climate control for hardware and staff. You'll diagnose system issues, perform preventative maintenance, interpret technical schematics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems and components
  • Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and corrective repairs on HVAC and related controls
  • Conduct routine and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
  • Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics
  • Calibrate, test, and verify system performance and airflow
  • Coordinate with facility, IT, and operations teams to support climate-sensitive environments
  • Document work performed, parts used, and maintenance schedules in CMMSEnsure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and industry standards
  • Recommend system upgrades and energy-efficiency improvements
  • Respond to emergency HVAC service calls and participate in on-call rotations
