Material Handler, Forklift Operator
Hiring Material Handler in Redmond, WA
The Material Handler ensures accurate and timely movement of materials, components, and finished goods throughout the facility. This role supports shipping, receiving, production, and internal teams by processing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and preparing products for shipment. The position requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Ship finished goods accurately and on time to fulfill customer orders.
- Compile and prepare orders for subsidiary sites worldwide, ensuring correct documentation and packaging.
- Collaborate with Customer Care and Accounting to resolve and release holds on customer orders in a timely manner.
- Receive incoming parts at the receiving dock throughout the day and accurately enter them into the system.
- Store received parts in the appropriate warehouse locations, maintaining organization and accessibility.
- Replenish production bins from warehouse stock and deliver materials to assembly lines as needed.
- Maintain and distribute mail and personal package deliveries within the facility.
- Fulfill printed material requests for Sales, Marketing, and Production teams.
- Package raw materials and sub-assembly products into system-level, shippable finished goods according to established procedures.
- Perform cycle counts to support inventory accuracy and participate in root cause analysis when discrepancies arise.
- Transact inventory into finished goods and move parts between ERP warehouse locations, ensuring accurate system records.
Essential Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with inventory, picking, packing, and general labor in a warehouse or production environment.
- Proficiency in material handling, including safe movement and organization of parts and products.
- Ability to use RF scanners for picking, packing, and inventory transactions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures and work instructions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and repeatedly as required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Experience performing transactions in an ERP system.

This is a Contract position based out of Bothell, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
