Heilind is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Warehouse & Manufacturing team in our Distribution & Logistics operation. In this role, you will accurately pick, pack, receive, and put away electronic components, ensuring inventory accuracy and on-time order fulfillment. Responsibilities include operating material handling equipment, performing cycle counts, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and following all quality and safety procedures.

Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments of electronic components against packing lists and purchase orders
- Accurately store products in designated warehouse locations using established bin and location systems
- Pick and pack customer orders according to pick lists and shipping instructions while maintaining high accuracy and speed
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling, documentation, and staging for carrier pickup
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and, if certified, forklifts in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory to maintain accurate stock levels
- Inspect incoming and outgoing products for damage, discrepancies, or quality issues and report any problems promptly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines
- Use basic computer systems, scanners, or warehouse management systems (WMS) to update inventory movements and order status
- Collaborate with team members in Warehouse & Manufacturing and Distribution & Logistics to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process improvements and helping implement best practices
- Demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and strong communication to support Heilind's inclusive and dynamic culture focused on innovation and growth
Required Skills
