About the Role
Senior Procurement Specialist responsible for being a liaison between the direct fulfillment program manager, demand planners and the DSV BTS fulfillment site.

- Ensure that all commitments from various demand planning groups are within the agreed product lead times.
- Resolve delays in providing needed material within the agreed timeline.
- Manage the lead times of all delivery orders on behalf of the customer and report any issues.
- Expedite SAP delivery orders to the site with assistance from internal and external partners.
- Review the customer’s build/ship plans to ensure commitments based on delivery dates are met.
- Identify improvement opportunities and develop continuous‑improvement projects, proposals, and execute them to completion.
- Oversee dock operations for the site, ensuring safety procedures, current training documentation, and proper material tracking.
- Serve as backup for the build supervisor, gaining understanding of all systems, spreadsheets, and processes to run the department when absent.
- Assist with startup of new buildings, coordinating with local customer teams and construction to set up daily operations with minimal supervision.
- Compile and present data for manager meetings, identifying material improvement areas that can lead to financial and efficiency gains.
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel in planning and prioritizing inbound and outbound material at the customer’s site.
- Manage work tickets for material movement at the customer site and back to the warehouse for re‑inventoried stock.
- Onboard new material planners at the site and other sites, supporting smooth transition and training improvement.
- Assist with payroll/HR issues and interview processes when needed.
- Administer on‑the‑job training sessions for team members and develop new training opportunities.

Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
- Preferred: 5+ years of related experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Ability to pass federal, state, local government, airport, and company‑required background checks, clearances, and drug and alcohol tests.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with SAP and other supply‑chain management systems.
Base pay range: $87,800.24 – $87,800.24 Annual. Actual compensation will be determined based on job‑related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
