Magic Mind is on a mission to help millions unlock their mental wealth, transforming brain fog into laser focus, stress into productivity, and energy crashes into all-day performance. We're not just another supplement company. We're building the category-defining brand that helps high performers like Pete Holmes, Kim Kardashian, Justin Kan, and Nathan Florence achieve peak mental performance.

As our Director of Supply Chain, you’ll architect and scale the operational backbone that powers Magic Mind’s next phase of growth. You’ll own everything from supplier strategy to production planning to inventory optimization—directly impacting our ability to scale from $50M to $250M and beyond. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role where your decisions will shape margin, quality, customer experience, and our speed to market.

If you’re a builder who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves solving complex supply chain puzzles, and has a track record of elevating operations in CPG businesses, this is your opportunity to create a world‑class supply chain for one of the fastest-growing wellness brands in the world.

About Magic Mind

Magic Mind has cracked the code on mental performance with our clinically‑proven shots featuring 12 premium ingredients including Lion's Mane, Ashwagandha, and time‑released caffeine delivered through proprietary nano‑encapsulation technology. We're profitable, Series A funded, and growing 2-3x per year with a proven subscription eCommerce model and expanding retail presence.

Our customers aren't just buying a product, they're investing in their mental wealth. From Silicon Valley entrepreneurs pulling all‑nighters to athletes preparing for competition, Magic Mind delivers sharper minds, calm energy, and stress resilience when it matters most.

Notable users include: Pete Holmes, Rufus du Sol, Nathan Florence, Kim Kardashian, Justin Kan, Kevin Rose, and thousands of other high performers who rely on Magic Mind to unlock their potential.

The Role

You’ll lead the end‑to‑end supply chain function, owning everything from supplier strategy and procurement to production planning, inventory management, and logistics. You’ll develop scalable systems, manage cross‑functional workflows, and ensure that Magic Mind products are produced on time, at the highest quality, and at the most efficient cost.

You’ll collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, Product Development, and our external manufacturing and fulfillment partners to keep production aligned with demand forecasts, launch timelines, and customer experience goals. You’ll be responsible for navigating constraints, solving bottlenecks, and driving constant improvement across the supply chain.

This role is ideal for someone equal parts strategic operator and meticulous project manager—comfortable negotiating with vendors, building production schedules, optimizing inventory flows, and coordinating complex processes across teams and partners. If you thrive in fast‑paced environments where you can build systems, reduce costs, and drive operational excellence, you’ll excel here.
