About the Role- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Manager IV to join our team remotely
. - This role will focus on managing vendor and program operations from both strategic and executional perspectives
. - The ideal candidate will have experience managing agency operations
, driving operational efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Agency Payouts & Invoicing
- Manage the agency payouts dashboard, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information. Resolve partner management issues and approve invoices to ensure timely payments.
- Agency Contracts & Purchase Requests
- Approve purchase requests and support contract amendments (e.g., changes in payment structure, extensions). Maintain and update process documentation to ensure operational compliance and efficiency.
- Agency Recruitment & Onboarding
- Source and onboard new agencies, coordinating contract drafting and onboarding activities in collaboration with legal, deal, and sourcing teams.
- Performance Evaluations & Offboarding
- Ensure monthly agency performance evaluations are completed on time and oversee the offboarding process with proper documentation for compliance.
- Program Compliance
- Work closely with legal teams to review terms and conditions, manage program change submissions, and ensure accurate and prompt creator payouts.
- Support contest strategy and execution, including vendor management and resource planning, to ensure contests meet business objectives and are delivered on schedule.
- Manage contract renewals and invoice approvals, process monthly accruals, and contribute to vendor strategy and forecasting.
- Experience: 7+ years in program management, operations, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in managing contracts, purchase requests, and financial operations (invoicing, payouts).
- Skills: Strong ability to build, document, and maintain operational frameworks and process flows.
- Deep understanding of contract procedures, including SOWs, invoicing, and purchase orders.
- Advanced Excel skills:
Pivot tables, complex formulas. - Experience writing external communications for vendors and agencies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred:
- Familiarity with Creator Marketing Agencies and platforms like Social Media Company.
- Experience in Creator Marketing or Scaled Partnerships operations.
- Education:
- This position will manage vendor and program operations across scaled partnerships, including:
- Overseeing agency operations for programs such as agency sourcing, SOWs, monthly reconciliation, invoicing, and performance evaluations.
- Managing Creator Referrals and Contest operations, including legal approvals and payouts.
- Single-threaded owner for contract negotiations and renewals.
- Building streamlined operations and maintaining process documentation.
- Processing contract renewals, payouts, and launching new initiatives alongside key stakeholders.
- Our team works with priority partners who drive the content ecosystem across social apps.
- The goal is to help early-stage creators grow their presence and build communities across leading social platforms.
