The Director, Product drives the development and delivery of end-to-end product experiences across our platform — from roadmap to execution and partner implementations. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, and Business teams to bring modern financial products to market, helping banks, fintechs, and global brands launch and scale on our platform.

This role is ideal for product leaders who think like builders, thrive in execution, and want direct impact on customer outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Focus on seamless execution across key areas of our credit card and payments platforms
Deliver complex partner integrations, and driving continued growth in our B2B clients
Support end-to-end product development: from design implementation launch iteration and partner closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to deliver high-quality, scalable product solutions
Own parts of the delivery modules when deploying to new banks or new fintech clients.
Translate business and partner requirements into clear product requirements, technical specifications, and system designs
Define product positioning and value propositions through customer insights, market research, and industry trends
Drive execution excellence — ensuring on-time, high-quality, and error-free delivery aligned with business priorities
Monitor product performance, KPIs, and user feedback to continuously improve product outcomes
Establish strong cross-functional alignment and accountability across teams to deliver against shared goals
Mentor and lead product team members, fostering a high-performance, execution-focused culture

You’ll Bring

5+ years of product management experience, with strong domain expertise in US and Canada credit cards and payments (including prepaid and cross-border)
Proven experience supporting large scale B2B product implementations
Strong ability to solve business problems in a multi-faceted complex platform ecosystem
Keen, demonstrated interest in driving growth through innovation and execution
Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
Experience working closely with Engineering teams and understanding of APIs, system integrations, and technical workflows
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach
Excellent communication skills with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and drive outcomes
Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and a drive to deliver results
Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Figma

Bonus if you have

Experience working with AI/LLMs and collaborating closely with technical teams on AI-driven product features
