Position: Principal Project Controls and Scheduling Specialist (P6)

Our mission: deliver critical infrastructure with certainty. As our Principal-level scheduler within the Engineering and Construction Division, you’ll transform early concepts into executable roadmaps and steer projects through development, engineering, construction, and closeout.

Impact you will make

You will be the connective tissue across Project Originators, Developers, Early-Stage PMs, Project Engineers, and Construction Managers—aligning schedules, resources, and decisions so teams move with confidence.

Core accountabilities

Create, baseline, and maintain integrated P6 schedules; monitor progress against plan.

Lead scheduling personnel and coordinate with varied project stakeholders.

Issue monthly progress narratives and metrics comparing baselines to actuals.

Conduct CPM critical path assessments; apply resource and cost loading plus manpower analyses.

Review updates, quantify schedule impacts, and develop recovery/mitigation plans.

Run structured schedule reviews to reinforce scope clarity, constraints, and priorities.

Provide leadership-level reporting on status, variances, and risks.

Champion process improvements to sharpen schedule accuracy and execution quality.

Support the full project lifecycle through construction turnover and closeout.

Qualifications Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).Minimum 5 years of Primavera P6 scheduling experience.
