Customer Service Representative
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to represent the company in a professional manner while supporting the operations of the business.
The Customer Service Representative will be communicating with customers to resolve issues and answer questions for various departments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organize workflow and ensure that office staff have needs met
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service via phone/email
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Technical capacity (Microsoft suite, especially Excel)
- Time management
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred
