THE ROLE

School Kit is seeking independent contractors with experience in high-quality curriculum resources to serve as Instructional Coaches and Training Facilitators to support our partnerships with K-12 schools, districts, and states. THIS IS NOT A FULL-TIME ROLE AND THERE IS NO GUARANTEE OF ANY HOURS WORKED. Collaborators are part of a pool that we may contact for potential work.

Applicants can apply for one or all of the roles described below.

• Instructional Coaches will provide remote and onsite coaching to district and school leaders implementing high-quality instructional materials (HQIM). They will use School Kit’s tools and approach to help leaders deepen their content and curriculum knowledge and instructional leadership skills, including leading instructional planning, conducting observations and providing feedback, and responding to student data to strengthen instruction.

EXPERIENCE

For these roles, experience teaching or leading the implementation of HQIM is required. Coaches and facilitators must also be willing to travel for in-person coaching sessions and training as needed.
