Test Engineering Supervisor

Job Overview

You will report directly to our Engineering Director/Site Lead and work out of our Boulder City, NV location on an on‑site work schedule. In this role you will impact the overall effectiveness of the test engineering team by supervising and coaching team members, setting daily schedules, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols.

• Supervise and coach the test engineering team to enhance individual performance and achieve personal goals; lead and mentor technicians, set clear objectives, and provide constructive feedback.
• Set daily schedules and manage workflow to ensure timely completion of tasks; develop and maintain efficient operations and project timelines.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
• Perform security and safety audits to maintain compliance with company standards.
• Facilitate training sessions and other duties assigned by site leadership, planning and conducting sessions on new procedures, tools, and technologies.
• Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by site leadership to support the organization’s overall goals and initiatives.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in coaching and guiding technicians to enhance individual performance and achieve personal goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a proven track record of improving individual performance and achieving team objectives.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and industry standards.
• Knowledge of safety and security protocols in an engineering environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in coaching and guiding technicians to enhance performance.
• Experience in a supervisory role within an engineering or technical environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced, changing environment.
