We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Safety (EHS) Representative to join our project team for the largest battery energy storage project in the world (AZ). The Site Safety Rep will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations, promoting a safe and healthy work environment, and managing risk across site operations. This role is critical in minimizing workplace incidents, reducing environmental impact, and ensuring legal compliance.

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local EHS regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular audits to verify compliance and recommend improvements.
• Perform risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement control measures.
• Develop and maintain risk management plans and safety protocols.
• Design and deliver site‑specific orientation training programs for all project staff.
• Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility throughout the organization.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near‑misses, determine causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and update emergency response plans and conduct readiness drills.
• Oversee waste management, pollution prevention, and sustainability initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of all EHS activities, incidents, and compliance efforts.
• Prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies.
• Lead initiatives to improve EHS performance, including new technologies and best practices.

• Strong understanding of EHS regulations and standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and safety management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for training, reporting, and customer interaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• LOTO experience in the electrical industry.
• Reliable transportation to and from project sites.

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Safety Management, Public Health, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in EHS within the electrical industry.
• OSHA 30 and NFPA 70e certifications.
• CPR/First Aid certification.

• OSHA Outreach Trainer
• EMT
• NEBOSH or similar certifications
• CHST, CSP, CIH, and/or CHMM certifications
