About The Team

Zillow Home Loans is helping redefine how people buy, sell, and finance homes by bringing a more streamlined, transparent mortgage experience closer to the real estate transaction. This team supports that work by enabling scalable, well‑controlled loan sale operations that help the business grow and serve customers effectively.

About

The Role

As a Transaction Management Associate, you will help support Zillow Home Loans’ asset sale efforts by partnering across Capital Markets, loan delivery, servicing, and external buyers to execute efficient, well‑controlled transactions. What You’ll Get To Do
  • Support efforts to expand mortgage asset sale channels across agency, whole loan, and non‑agency investors.
  • Coordinate with the Capital Markets trade desk and loan delivery teams to execute loan and servicing sales, resolve transaction issues, and identify process improvements.
  • Support distressed loan sale activities as needed.
  • Reconcile investor purchase advice, analyze execution against expectations, and share findings with the Transaction Manager.
  • Review and reconcile post‑sale items, including holdbacks, EPO/EPD invoices, escrow releases, note transfers or re‑certifications, and post‑fund data corrections.
  • Build and maintain reporting to monitor the loan sale pipeline and support operational visibility.
  • Manage note release and collateral oversight with warehouse banks and custodians, escalating risks or exceptions as needed.
  • Partner with the Servicing team and servicing buyers to resolve transfer‑related issues and support smooth post‑sale execution.
