Boulder City Hospital is seeking dependable and compassionate Per Diem Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support our Long Term Care residents. This is a great opportunity for CNAs looking for flexible scheduling, additional shifts, or supplemental income while working in a supportive community hospital environment.

As a CNA, you will provide hands‑on care and daily assistance to residents while helping maintain their comfort, dignity, and safety.

Provide direct resident care including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and ambulation

Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility

Support nurses with treatments and basic clinical tasks under supervision

Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff

Follow individualized care plans and safety procedures

Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment

Offer companionship and emotional support to residents

Document care provided and maintain resident confidentiality

Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification

Ability to follow oral and written instructions

Basic documentation and record‑keeping skills

Understanding of resident privacy and confidentiality

Ability to lift, bend, walk, and stand for extended periods

Flexible scheduling and self‑scheduling opportunities
