About the Role:As a Per Diem SLP, you will provide speech-language services to patients with diverse needs, including communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. With a strong focus on patient-centered care, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and provide individual and group therapy sessions.
Responsibilities:• Evaluate and assess patients with a range of communication and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing deficits
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to improve communication, cognition, and swallowing skills
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
• Conduct ongoing assessments and monitor patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and progress
