Aboutthe Role
As an RN Staff Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing staff education programs that focus on improving clinical skills, patient outcomes, and staff satisfaction.
- Conducting regular staff training sessions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborating with nursing leadership to create a positive and supportive work environment that fosters open communication, teamwork, and professional growth.
- Providing individualized coaching and feedback to staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license and current registration with the Nevada State Board of Nursing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a staff development or education role in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
