Full Time | Boulder City Hospital – Boulder City, NV

Boulder City Hospital is currently seeking a Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Long Term Care team. In this role, you will provide hands‑on care and daily support to our residents while helping maintain their dignity, comfort, and quality of life. Our CNAs are a vital part of the care team and build meaningful relationships with the residents they care for every day.

Provide direct resident care including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and ambulation

Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility

Support nurses with treatments and basic clinical tasks under supervision

Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff

Follow individualized care plans and safety procedures

Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and respectful living environment

Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and families

Document care and maintain resident confidentiality at all times

Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification

Ability to follow oral and written instructions

Basic documentation and record‑keeping skills

Understanding of resident privacy and confidentiality

Ability to lift, walk, bend, and stand for extended periods
