Ready to Be the First Impression of Klient Boost?
You know that moment when someone walks into a party and immediately sets the tone for the entire night? That's this role. We're looking for a high‑energy, detail‑obsessed, client‑loving Head of Experimentation to become the face of the Klient Boost experience for every new client that joins us. You'll be the bridge between the Sales and Growth Teams, the quarterback of the onboarding process, and the person responsible for making clients think, "Yep, we made the right decision."
You'll also be constantly experimenting with better ways to drive client outcomes, improve close rates, and create a more effective onboarding experience through the use of AI, automation, Kite, creativity, and process improvement.
This role does not carry a sales quota and does not manage a long‑term book of business. This isn't a project coordinator role. This isn't a note‑taking role. And it's definitely not a "follow a checklist and send a few emails" role.
You’ll be leading kickoff meetings, executing our paid ads "First Aid Kits," building initial campaign infrastructure, gathering critical information, solving problems before they become problems, and creating a world‑class experience that gets clients excited about working with Klient Boost from day one.

What You’ll Do- Own the first 30‑day client experience from signed contract through successful handoff to the Growth team.
- Join inbound sales calls to provide paid media expertise, strategic support, and additional confidence during the sales process.
- Lead kickoff and onboarding meetings that create excitement, confidence, and trust.
- Execute paid ads "First Aid Kits," build initial campaign infrastructure, and ensure campaign structures, tracking, reporting, and account setups meet Klient Boost quality standards.
- Gather, organize, and validate all onboarding assets, account access, tracking requirements, and client information.
- Review sales handoff documentation to ensure goals, expectations, and commitments are executed accurately.
- Identify risks, roadblocks, and missing information before they impact client timelines.
- Manage multiple client onboardings simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Deliver a consultative, high‑touch experience that makes clients excited to work with us.
- Ensure Growth teams receive fully prepared accounts, campaigns, assets, tracking, and documentation so no additional onboarding buildout work is required after transition.
- Partner with Sales and Growth teams to improve close rates, onboarding effectiveness, and client goal achievement through AI, automation, Kite, creativity, and process improvement.
- You genuinely enjoy talking to people and building relationships.

- 3+ years of experience building and managing paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and Linked In.
- 2+ years of client‑facing account management experience.
- Experience in sales, client upsells, contract negotiations, or consultative client conversations.
- Strong understanding of B2B paid media strategy and experience building campaigns that drive revenue and business growth outcomes.
- Experience working within an agency environment is a plus.
- Experience with Asana and Hub Spot is a plus.
