Property Accountant

Century Group is excited to partner with a well known property management team located north of downtown Denver, who is looking for a Property Accountant to join their crew.

They prides themselves on low turnover and a positive workplace culture and are looking for someone who wants to be in the office for the majority of the week. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location.

Expected starting base salary $25 to $28.85 per year.

Job Description:

• Initiate monthly payments for debt service, owner distributions, property taxes etc.
• Analyzes and reviews accounting and financial resources for property acquisitions & dispositions
• Generate invoices and account statements and send to clients
• Forecast cash flow and approve all property payments
• Communicate with property staff, owners, and corporate personnel

Requirements:

• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Able to adapt to changing priorities

Experience:

• A minimum of 1 year of accounting experience
