Junior Accountant

Onsite | Full-Time

Schedule: Standard business hours, onsite in Boulder daily
Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 annually

A growing, team-oriented organization is looking to add a Junior Accountant to its on-site finance team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on accounting work, values accuracy, and wants to contribute in a multi-entity environment where collaboration and accountability matter.

The Junior Accountant will support day-to-day accounting operations while partnering closely with internal stakeholders to keep financial activity organized, accurate, and on track. This position offers exposure across multiple functions and entities, making it a great growth opportunity for someone early in their accounting career.

As a Junior Accountant, you’ll support several core accounting functions, including:

Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

• Process 60–70 vendor invoices per month

• Allocate and track shared costs across multiple entities

• Record and reconcile intercompany transactions

• Assist with AR tracking and follow-ups as needed

Reconciliations & Close Support

• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations

• Maintain well-organized, audit-ready records

• Assist with month-end close activities

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in a Junior Accountant or similar accounting role

• Solid understanding of AP, AR, and payroll processes

• Strong Excel skills

• Working knowledge of accounting ERPs

• Ability to work onsite during core business hours

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• Experience with Ramp or comparable expense management tools

• Exposure to intercompany accounting
