Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Manage general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Prepare and review financial statements and reporting packages
- Assist with audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors
- Optimize accounting systems, processes, and workflows
- Manage day-to-day transactions ensuring SOPs and workflows followed
- Partner with functional team leadership to provide business driving insights
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience (CPG experience strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of inventory, trade and deduction management, and revenue recognition
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Net Suite, , and more)
