Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious individual to join our dynamic team as a full charge bookkeeper/staff accountant. The role will handle a diverse mix of bookkeeping clients including hotels, restaurants, retail, construction, and medical professionals. Tax preparation experience is a plus.
Responsibilities- Data Entry for Books
- Client bank reconciliation preparation
- 1099 and W-2 preparation
- Payroll and payroll taxes
- Financial Statement preparation
- Direct client interaction
- Preparation of monthly/quarterly/accounting through financial statement preparation (all aspects of accounting)
- Preparation of Sales Tax Returns
- Preparations of Workers Compensation Reports
- Tax Preparation Experience is a plus
- Minimum 2 years bookkeeping experience in Public Accounting
- Quick Books experience a must
- Experience with Creative Solutions or similar general ledger software package
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication skills
- Quick Books, Excel, Microsoft Office
- Bookkeeping: 3 years
- Tax Preparation

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
Monday to Friday; some weekends may be required during busy tax season
