The Intermediate Engineer Technician provides technical assistance for Internal Test Equipment Systems (ITES). This role is ideal for individuals with foundational technical training or limited prior experience who are looking to gain practical skills in a support environment focused on RF, Linux and TCP/IP networking. The technician will perform routine tasks, assist with diagnostics, and follow established procedures, with a strong emphasis on learning and adherence to instructions.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree and 1+ year of Engineering Technician or related work experience or High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of Engineering Technician or related work experience. Optional:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or completion of a military technical or trade school program.
Skill or Knowledge Level
Required:
Familiarity with turning on/off a Linux system, basic navigation in a graphical user interface (GUI) or understanding of simple command-line prompts (e.g., how to open a terminal).
Understands basic RF terminology and spectrum analysis measurements
