Approximately 70% of the role focuses on diagnostics and advanced repair, including electrical, drivability, and complex mechanical concerns. The position includes paid training, professional diagnostic equipment, and consistent workflow in a 12-bay independent repair facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose electrical, drivability, and mechanical concerns
• Perform advanced automotive diagnostics and complex repairs
• Repair steering, suspension, cooling, electrical, and other mechanical systems
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) using Tekmetric
• Perform automotive maintenance and general repair services as needed
• Diagnose and repair primarily Domestic and Asian vehicles

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience
• Strong automotive diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience performing complex mechanical repairs
• Experience with steering, suspension, cooling systems, and pressure testing
• Own professional automotive tools
• Independent repair shop experience preferred
