We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Writer. As a Service Writer, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our automotive service department. • Greet customers and assist them in scheduling appointments for vehicle maintenance and repairs
• Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document their vehicle issues
• Provide accurate estimates for automotive repairs and services
• Coordinate with mechanics to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles and any additional repairs or services needed
• Handle cash transactions, including collecting payments from customers
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, repairs, and services performed
• Assist in maintaining inventory of automotive parts and supplies

• Previous experience as a Service Writer or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry is preferred
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using computer systems and software for recordkeeping purposes
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Shopware CRM experience a plus
