We are seeking an Entry Level Automotive Service Advisor to join our team.
This position is currently for Evenings (1:00pm-10:00pm). In this role, you will work with customers to establish their automotive repair needs and communicate that to the technicians. Your responsibilities will include bringing the customers concerns to the technicians and ensuring the job is completed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, friendly, and has excellent verbal and written communication skills. Training will be provided.
- Creating Repair Orders
- Estimations, approvals, and cashiering
- Providing Customer Updates
- Sourcing parts
- Customer Service
- Telephone, text, and in-person communication skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent G.E.D.
- Entry Level Position. Some vehicle knowledge preferred.
- Excellent written communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with and learn detailed systems.
