, our specialized banking platform built for attorneys and law firms. This is a high‑visibility opportunity to shape a growing specialized division and work closely with our nationally recognized Justice Escrow team.

• Build and deepen relationships with law firms and legal service providers
• Partner with Justice Escrow to deliver integrated, high‑touch financial solutions
• Drive business development and manage a national client portfolio
• Navigate both banking and legal concepts with confidence

• Proven success in commercial banking or relationship management
• Strong business development instincts and client‑service excellence
• Ability to manage complex, high‑expectation relationships
• Familiarity with legal industry dynamics or attorney trust accounts (preferred)
• Must reside in Colorado (role is fully remote within the state)

• The position’s pay range starts anywhere between $95,000 - $125,000 annually, plus quarterly incentive compensation plan based upon individual revenue generation
