Title of Position:
Director of Business Development

Pay Range: $115,000-$145,000 depending on experience

Location:

Boulder, CO

We are seeking an ambitious Director of Business Development to drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, expanding market presence, and executing long-term growth strategies. This role leads the full business development lifecycle—from market research and pipeline management through deal negotiation and execution—while building strong client and partner relationships. The Director will lead a small team and work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver strategic, data-driven growth.

Qualifications

/ Experience
  • 10+ years experience in business development in the telecommunications industry, with demonstrated leadership at the director level
Responsibilities
  • Build, deepen, and sustain long-term relationships with telecommunications carriers, partners, customers, and internal stakeholders to drive growth.
  • Own and manage national relationships with Mobile Network operators while nurturing strong regional partnerships.
  • Lead executive-level carrier engagements, positioning the company as a trusted, strategic partner rather than a transactional vendor.
  • Develop and maintain a high-quality, relationship-driven business development pipeline.
  • Lead and coach a business development team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and a partnership-oriented mindset.
  • Align strategic relationship goals with field execution to ensure consistent, effective partner engagement.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

We’re looking for a relationship-driven leader who brings a trusted advisor mindset and strong executive presence. This person is collaborative and people-first—someone who builds lasting relationships rather than relying on transactional sales tactics.

You’re equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute, using data to inform decisions while never losing sight of the human side of partnerships. You think long-term, follow through on commitments, and thrive in dynamic, growth-oriented environments.

This role is based out of our Boulder office with a hybrid schedule of 4 days/week in the office (Mondays & Fridays required).
