Position

Summary
  • This position supports the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) and Postal Service Health Benefits (PSHB) programs. Primary responsibilities include executing reports and processes for eligibility, claims, and financial data to various stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • This role will also identify pain points and find solutions to address pain points in our workflows and processes and help with annual benefits implementation tasks.
Responsibilities
  • Support the operations team with various operational processes, reporting, and project tasks across Commercial, Medicare Advantage, and Medicare Part D plans
  • Run reports for various stakeholders, including complying with contractual requirements for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), vendors and Clients Collaborate with internal stakeholders across different departments, such as operations, finance, marketing, and IT, to gather information, understand business needs to drive alignment.
  • Document and develop action plans that aim to address business challenges
  • Document process and workflow improvements and maintain repository
  • Identify improvement opportunities by conducting complex and informative business and systems process analysis
  • Ability to learn new software tools and apply to improve efficiency
  • Support team members with project tasks on reporting and benefits implementation
Required Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience analyzing data and creating reports.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with working knowledge of Formulas and Pivot Tables.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Power Platform tools like Power Automate and Power Apps
Education
  • Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification, or equivalent work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
