Responsibilities
- Serves as a management partner and assists the General Manager.
- Weekend work is required.
- Provides personal attention to guests from the moment they enter.
- Educates guests on the Woodhouse experience, including a warm welcome, introduction to the locker room and amenities, and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Answers the phone with a friendly smile each time.
- Acts as the brand ambassador, overseeing the team and helping with scheduling, inventory, and other management duties.
- Remembers the small details that distinguish Woodhouse—guest favorite drinks, special treatments, birthdays, anniversaries, etc.
