Job Description & How to Apply Below

At think‑cell, we create powerful software solutions that help professionals be more efficient and productive. Founded in 2002 and based in Berlin, our tools integrate seamlessly with Microsoft Office to help users create presentations, charts, and diagrams with ease. Our dynamic, international team values creativity, collaboration, and technical excellence.

What you will do

As a Solution Consultant you will partner with sales and customers across the sales process to align our product with customer goals and demonstrate product value through targeted solutioning. You will become an expert on both our core product and expanding AI capabilities, develop persona‑driven messaging and GTM strategies, deliver customized demos, and support sales enablement by creating core materials and incorporating performance insights into messaging and positioning.

Key

responsibilities
  • Create and deliver tailored, high‑impact demos and presentations that map products—including our AI tools—to specific persona pain points, workflows, and business outcomes.
  • Partner with sales teams to identify and prioritize target accounts, map buying groups, and refine stakeholder strategies for new and existing products.
  • Build and maintain core GTM assets (pitch decks, demo flows, battle cards/competitor intelligence) to ensure consistent product positioning aligned with company strategy.
  • Analyze GTM performance (consistency of product messaging, win/loss trends, engagement) to derive strategic insights and drive targeted improvements.
  • Enable sales through product training and hands‑on deal support, reinforcing best practices in messaging, persona targeting, and overall deal strategy.
You will be a great fit if
  • Can understand and communicate complex ideas: you should be tech‑savvy and able to explain nuanced aspects of the product in a straightforward way.
  • Learn quickly and apply an entrepreneurial mindset: you proactively identify opportunities and drive innovative solutions, particularly as we launch new products and features.
  • Are a business presentation expert: you have a proven ability to create engaging, consulting‑grade business presentations that tell a compelling story.
  • Have strong client‑facing skills and think commercially: you are comfortable presenting in front of audiences and skilled at incorporating a value perspective.
  • Are outcome‑oriented: we value results, avoid arbitrary due dates and unproductive meetings, and strive for efficient execution.
  • Have experience working with global teams.
Your profile
  • 3‑5+ years of experience in management or strategy consulting, or a strong product background; you should understand a product in detail, present it to customers, and think strategically about commercialization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study; MBA is a plus.
  • Strong expertise in PowerPoint, including the ability to create highly polished, structured, and visually engaging presentations.
  • Excellent communication & storytelling skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Experience engaging directly with customers and stakeholders, including leading calls and presentations to large audiences.
  • Hybrid: onsite Denver office 3 days per week (Tuesday – Thursday).
  • Travel: 2 times per year to Berlin, Germany.
Compensation and Benefits

For this role, we anticipate paying in the range of $115‑150 k OTE USD per year. The actual amount will depend on education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, and other factors. Variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, and actual payout is dependent on company and personal performance. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability leave, parental leave, paid time off and 401(k) contribution (subject to eligibility requirements).
