A growing clean energy company is seeking an Asset Manager to oversee the performance, operations, and financial results of utility‑scale solar, storage, and transmission assets. This role reports to senior leadership and plays a key part in optimizing asset value and reliability.
What You’ll Do- Manage third‑party service providers (O&M, SCADA, CMMS, etc.) across asset operations
- Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and stakeholder reporting
- Monitor and optimize production, availability, and contract compliance
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (NERC, FERC, ISO/RTO)
- Drive performance improvements and troubleshoot operational issues
- Build strong relationships with contractors, partners, and internal teams
- 5+ years of experience in utility‑scale renewable energy
- Strong knowledge of solar, storage, electrical systems, and asset operations
- Experience with compliance, performance analysis, and vendor management
- Proven problem‑solving skills and ability to manage in fast‑paced environments
- High‑impact role in a growing, well‑capitalized clean energy company
